One failure at 1.88m cost Inika McPherson a share of seventh place at the 2017 World Championships.
She set a personal best winning the 2014 USA Championship of 2.00m (her career "PB"),
after which she was tested positive for benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine and subsequently
accepted a 21-month doping ban until March 2016. That height was deleted and 1.96 remained
her legal best. She likes tatoos !

Lasitskene was the first Authorised Neutral Athlete to win a gold medal.
For the medal ceremony, the "IAAF Anthem" was played as a substitute for a national anthem.
She did not sing the words. (Did anyone know them ?)
