With an opening jump of 6.96m Jasmine Moore took the lead in the women's long jump,
but fellow American Davis-Woodhall soon improved that diatance and then defending
champion Malaika Mihambo likewise, on her penultimate jump. But the bronze medal
was for Jasmine very welcome to add to the bronze, she had won five days earlier,
in the triple jump.
