Rick Wohlhuter is pictured above about to cross the line to take the bronze medal in the
800m at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal. Cuba's Alberto Juantorena took the Gold
medal in a new World Record time of 1.43.50 with Belgian Ivo van Damme in second place.
Rick himself set a world record for the 880 yards in 1974 with a time of 1m 44.10 and
a U.S. 800m record of 1m 43.90. His best 1,500m time was 3:36.4 and his PB mile 3m 53.30.
