Hurdler Ryan Wilson is pictured above during his semi-final at the World Athletics Champinships
in Moscow.  His personal best time of 13.02 seconds was set in 2007.    In 2008 he finished third
at the IAAF World Athletics Final in Stuttgart (13.54s) which was also won by Oliver (13.22s).
However, he did beat David Oliver when he won the 2013 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships
