Tim MONTGOMERY - U.S.A. - World Atheltics Championships 100m medalist.

In 2005, he was stripped of his records—including a now void 100m world record

of 9.78 seconds set in 2002—after being found guilty of using

performance-enhancing drugs.  Since leaving athletics he has served several terms

in prison for money laundering and selling heroin.
