Tori BOWIE - U.S.A. - 2017 World 100 metres Champion.
As the photograph above shows, the finish of the women's 100 metres final
at the London World Championships was a very close affair with Tori Bowie
just winning the event from Marie-Josée Ta Lou by one hundredth of a second.
Lanes 7 and 4.
2016 Olympic Champion Elaine Thompson lane 6 (10.84 in her semi-final and a 10.71

At the end of the race Tori fell over ! Murielle Ahoure was not too pleased,
aside from missing a medal, Murielle could not avoid Tori and she then fell
over the American.
One might say she Tori also had a colourful moment in her
heat of the women's 100 metres. The rain and relecting stadium adverts
produced these images of the future Champion.
