Danny joined the Gunners as an apprentice and signed professionally in December 1980.
He was never really able to establish himself at Highbury and moved on to Exeter City
in the summer of 1984.

He alos ran a wine bar in Southend and owned a pub before emigrating to Australia in 2011.
