Bobby Kellard had a stroke in February 2020. He died on 10th January

2021, aged 77.

After retiring from playing he later spent several years running a taxi business in Southend,

but in 1999 was trading as an antiques dealer.   He also had a spell as

joint-manager of Harlow Town along with former Leicester City player Len Glover.

In July 2004 the Southend Evening Echo reported that Kellard was living in Spain.
