Steve HUNT - England - Biography of his 1984 England games.

Steve Hunt cut one of the lowest profiles of any England player when Bobby Robson put the industrious West Bromwich Albion midfielder in the squad for the 1984 Home International clash with Scotland at Hampden and the following week's Wembley friendly against the USSR (seephoto above). Hunt came on as a sub for wingers each time - Mark Chamberlain and John Barnes respectively - and was never given a subsequent chance to start an international match.
