A tall, imposing centre-half, Craig Short moved to Everton in the summer of 1995 from Derby County,
the Blues parting with £2,750,000 plus young defender Gary Rowett. Craig spent four seasons on
Merseyside, playing 99 league games, before a £1,700,000 switch to Blackburn Rovers in August 1999.
He is pictured above during Everton's 2-0 win against Sheffield Wednesday.
