Kevin Langley joined Everton in the summer of 1986 for a fee of £120,000 from Wigan Athletic.
Injuries to the first choice central midfield pairing of Peter Reid and Paul Bracewell saw the youngster
pitched in earlier than expected to the first team and he impressed with some of his early performances.
He soon found himself out of the starting XI, however, and moved on to Manchester City after
just nine months at Goodison Park.
Kevin is pictured above during the 2-0 win against Southampton.
