On 15th May 2021 Jamie Vardy (34) played in Leicester's historic F.A. Cup Final victory
at Wembley Stadium, in front of a Covid restricted crowd of 21,000. In their 137 year history
The Foxes had never won The Cup - four previous defeats. Youri Tielemans scored the goal
in the 63 minute.
Jamie's 100th Premier League goal came on 4th July 2020 in a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace
- as did his 101st.
On 25/10/2019 Leicester City set an all time League record when they beat Southampton
9-0 away in a top division game. Jamie scored three, as did Ayoze Perez (his first goals
for the Foxes) with Ben Chilwell, James Maddison and Youri Tielemens joining in the demolition.
The previous best away win the the top flight of English League Football was in the 19th century!
