David Speedie was a shock Liverpool signing in February 1991, the Reds paying £675, 000 to secure the
services of the fiery Scot from Coventry City. Speedie fired an impressive 6 goals in 12 league
games (4 of which were as a sub) including a double in a 3-1 victory in the Merseyside derby.
