Nathan AKE - Manchester City - Treble winning season (just) for Nathan

Nathan Ake was one the twelve Manchester City players who personally completed the "TREBLE".

Firstly by winning the Premier League, then playing (just) in the The F.A. Cup Final winning team,

followed seven days later with victory the UEFA Champions League Final.

Twenty four years after Manchester United were the first and only ever other English team to

achieve The Treble.
