Mark beat Henrik Stenson in a play-off with a par at the second extra hole
whilst Stenson made a bogey 5. Hensby had only forced the play-off with
birdies at the 17th and 18th and the victory was his first on the European
Tour.
A car accident early in 2006 severely limited Hensby's ability to compete that year,
but he came back in 2007 to finish just outside the top 100 on the PGA Tour money list
and secure his card for following season.
However in 2008 he finished outside the top 150 to lose his fully exempt status.
