The main photo above shows Luke Donald hitting his tee shot on the 12th hole of his final day singles match against Jim Furyk in the 2010 Ryder Cup at Celtic Manor. Donald produced a terrific performance to earn a hard fought 1 up victory over his doughty American opponent and what a vital point that would prove to be. The bottom right photo shows Luke during the opening day four-balls whilst the top left picture shows the 32 year-old alongside fellow Englishman Ian Poulter during their 2&1 victory over Bubba Watson and Jeff Overton in the 'Session 2' foursomes. It was another fine Ryder Cup for Luke - with 3 wins and 1 loss in his 4 matches - and fully vindicated the decision of Colin Montgomerie to select him as one of his three wildcard choices. Those three wins boosted Donald's overall Ryder Cup record to a hugely impressive eight wins and a half - with just two defeats - from his eleven matches.
