On 20 May 2013, after a successful season for Glasgow, 3rd in the Pro-12
and Semi-finals of the play-offs, Graeme announced his retirement from
rugby on medical advice after struggling with persistent knee problems.
He played 140 games for Glasgow Warriors (90 points).
Graeme joined Glasgow Rugby from Glasgow Hawks in season 2003-2004.
